I installed
FreeBSD-14.0-ALPHA2-arm64-aarch64-RPI-20230818-77013f29d048-264841.img.xz
today. However, the rainbow screen issue still occurs. In theory, the uboot has
been updated. Yet, the problem persists. My Raspberry Pi firmware is up to
date. The problem was resolved after replacing the mentioned old
uboot(13.2-release).
