in post-install: . It looks like that should change:

-       ${RM} -r ${STAGEDIR}/usr/lib/gcc/${GCC_TARGET}/${PORTVERSION}/include-fixed
+       ${RM} -r ${STAGEDIR}${PREFIX}/lib/gcc/${GCC_TARGET}/${PORTVERSION}/include-fixed

(or that ${RM} line should be removed).
