Attempting to upgrade from 13.0-RELEASE-p11 to 13.1-RELEASE on a Rock64 aarch64
single board computer fails with the message:
ld-elf.so.1: /lib/libc.so.7: Cannot set relro protection to 0x1: Permission
denied
This system was originally installed from
reeBSD-13.0-RELEASE-arm64-aarch64-ROCK64.img
