This is now sitting here for almost 6 years, and over 4.5 years without any
movement. brotli ain't going to go away. I'm not asking to have it turned on
by default, I'm merely asking to have the make option for the pre-compiled
apache24 package flipped to true so mod_brotli gets compiled in the package. I
hate having to manually recompile apache24 from ports for every update. As
Nathan already stated, mod_deflate gets that treatment. And in order to use
it, users would still have to uncomment the LoadModule line in httpd.conf, as
they have to for mod_deflate.
