AE_NOT_FOUND (20221020/psargs-503) question

Hi,
After resuming from system suspend, the Ethernet interface provided via
the Thunderbolt 3 connection through the Razer Core X Chroma is not
reinitializing properly. I'm attempting to bring it back online.
1. *Laptop* is the *host* (upstream TB3 device)
2. *Monitor* has both *upstream* (connected to laptop) and *downstream*
(connected to eGPU) Thunderbolt ports
