Hello everyone,

This is the third report for the Vision Accessibility project:

A review has been submitted for the first draft of the FreeBSD 
Accessibility Handbook:

The review includes a description of the handbook, its current "Work In 
Progress" status, and plans for future development. An HTML preview of 
the handbook is also linked in the review description.

The review is public and can be viewed by anyone. You are welcome to
