Not yet, but I just saw

There's a documentation effort in progress. In case you haven't come

. There was also work in progress on a rudimentary speech synth feature 
for text (not GUI) virtual consoles, but that's not enough for a 
TUI-based installer, I think. And speaking of TUI installers, there's 
also a speech-friendly (or friendlier) replacement for the port 
configuration dialog, portoptscli (ports-mgmt/portoptscli).
