    linuxkpi: Fix strlcpy size in linuxkpi_alloc_netdev()
    
    `sizeof(*ndev->name)` is `sizeof(char)`, not IFNAMSIZ, so
    the interface name was effectively limited to a single byte.
    Use `sizeof(ndev->name)` for the `char name[IFNAMSIZ]` member.
