There is local-unbound-setup.

Please keep in mind that Unbound is included in FreeBSD for a specific
purpose, and for that purpose only: to serve as a caching, forwarding,
local resolver.  I don't believe the issue described in the changelog is
likely to occur in that scenario, so we can safely set so-sndbuf to 0 in
the configuration we generate.
