    Remove LLVM_TARGET_SPARC descriptions
    
    Support for WITH_/WITHOUT_LLVM_TARGET_SPARC was removed in commit
    47e9f42ea39b ("Remove sparc64 specific buid-system hacks") so the
    descriptions serve no purpose.
