Cy, now that this workaround is in place, can you prepare and post for
review a patch that fixes the 1.22 import?  At a minimum, it should:

- Generate and commit the .pc files so we don't have to generate them at
  build time

- update generated files such as krb5/include/autoconf.h and
  krb5/util/build-tools/krb5-config.sh which still show 1.21
