nanobsd: Set a GPT label for EFI and cfg partitions
Use efiboot0 for the EFI partition, the nomenclature efiboot + #index
was taken from bsdinstall (zfsboot).
Use cfg for the cfg partition. Poudriere firmware images are already
using this label.
