    mgb: quiten -Wunused-function with LINT builds
    
    As the function itself seems to be helpful don't remove the code but
    change the #ifdef DEBUG to #if 0 to avoid:
      warning: unused function 'mgb_dump_some_stats' [-Wunused-function]
    with LINT builds.
