Now that I'm looking at the file *again* I think that:

                lib
                    freebsd
                    ..
                ..
                share
                    ..
                ..

should really be:

                lib
                    freebsd
                    ..
                ..
                share
                ..

because otherwise it is descending one level too far?

Is there any sort of "sanity checker" for these files? :)
