    Bump __FreeBSD_version for SR-IOV VF status
    
    Bump for the new ifnet and iflib VF-status provider KBI and the
    rtnetlink VF-status interface.
    
    Use 1501507 on stable/15 to identify the new provider and query APIs.
    The backport preserves existing ifnet and driver member offsets and
    the sizes of caller-owned structures.
