    hid: Change Usage Page names to match documentation
    
    According to "HID Usage Tables FOR Universal Serial Bus (USB)"
    Usage Page ID range 0x93-0xF1CF is "Reserved" and Usage Page ID range
    0xFF00-0xFFFF is "Vendor-defined".
