All those paths involve /usr/obj/usr/src/arm64.aarch64/tmp/ . In other
words(?): they are from the bootstrap build stage that is sometimes
used? May be what cleaned out those llvm-* under arm64.aarch64/tmp/...
(or did not need to create them) did not clean out the links to them as
well at the time.
