    linuxkpi: Replicate the chain of #include in the `cec*.h` headers
    
    The i915 DRM driver depends on this namespace pollution to access
    `debugfs_*` functions, after several explicit #include of
    <linux/debugfs.h> were removed in Linux 6.10.
