    Revert "cam/iosched: Initialize max_lat"
    
    This reverts commit ce89c8f47a91f76b2fdeb1fdb504fd637ce93047.
    
    There's other parts to this, and GENERIC doesn't include iosched so
    I missed that. Back out while I gather them together.
