arm64 pmap: Eliminate an unused global variable

The global variable "pmap_last_pa" was copied from the amd64 pmap as a
part of commit c15085278cb5 "arm64 pmap: implement per-superpage locks"
but it is neither used nor needed by the arm64 pmap.
