    linuxkpi: Define `ioremap_cache()`
    
    It uses the `VM_MEMATTR_WRITE_BACK` flag on FreeBSD.
    
    It replaces `ioremap_wb()` which doesn't exist in Linux. Perhaps it
    existed in the past and was removed.
