    LinuxKPI: 802.11: ieee80211_start_tx_ba_session()
    
    For as long as we do not implement the compat code for tx aggregation
    return -EINVAL in ieee80211_start_tx_ba_session() as both rtw88 and
    rtw89 check for this value and only then disable further attempts.
