Definitely not, you need nvidia-drm-kmod for Wayland support.

I'm probably going to keep kwin-x11 port at 6.7 as long as it continues
to compile and work with newer Plasma releases, fortunately upstream has
not removed X11 glue from Plasma Workspace/Desktop yet. It could happen
anytime, so consider your options.
