www/immich-go: Add New Port
immich-go uploads photos and videos to an Immich server from the command
line, without needing Node.js. Beyond plain folders it reads Google Photos
Takeout archives, including their JSON sidecars, and can import albums,
apply tags and filter by date or file type.
