    multimedia/cx88: Update 1.5.6 => 1.5.7
    
    One of the fixes in 1.5.6 had been intended to address build breakage on
    recent -current due to removal of sound(4) version constants.  However,
    that fix was incomplete and I didn't realize that because I failed to
    double-check that my -current machine was on a recent enough build;
    I only became aware of the issue due to pkg-fallout against 1.5.6.
