    emulators/ares: Minor cosmetic port changes
    
    - Remove DISTVERSIONPREFIX.
    - Remove superfluous comment above BROKEN_i386.
    - Sort OPTIONS_EXCLUDE_powerpc64* according to portclippy(1).
