deskutils/tasksh: Mark DEPRECATED
- Switch to DISTVERSION while I am here
- Update WWW to GH site as the current site is a SPAM site
- Set EXPIRATION_DATE 2026-11-08
- Does not work with Cake 4 [1]
- Upstream is unmaintained over the last 4 years
