    multimedia/lebiniou: switch to FFmpeg 9
    
    lebiniou 3.67.0 dropped the avcodec_close() call that broke the build
    with FFmpeg 8, so it builds fine with current FFmpeg.
    
    While here, stop configure from picking up an installed v4l_compat
    header on FreeBSD >= 1600021: the native sys/videoio.h is complete
    enough.
