I couldn't reproduce the build failure on 14 and 15,

but the file in question is invalid: it used 'cout'

but didn't have #include <iostream>.

For some reason many vtk9-dependent ports relied

on vtk9 for #include <iostream> which is wrong.


I fixed this place but there still might be more

places like this since I can't reproduce the

failure.
