    math/octave-forge-rf: New port.
    
    RF and microwave network-parameter utilities for GNU Octave. Provides
    S-parameter conversions (ST, SZ, SY, SABCD, SH, SG), cascading,
    de-embedding, port reordering, renormalization, mixed-mode conversion
    for differential pairs, and Touchstone I/O.
