    sysutils/py-mitogen: update to 0.3.27
    
    Ansible 12 has deprecated third-party strategy plugins. This is
    currently how Mitogen integrates with Ansible (e.g.
    ANSIBLE_STRATEGY=mitogen_linear). Running Ansible 12 + Mitogen will
    currently print a deprecation warning
