I asked the maintainer who made the latest breaking backport commit and 
didn't hear from him.

My message is under his commit a week or so ago.

About 10 ports are failing ever since.

I also asked cmake's upstream and they said that they dropped support of 
Boost entirely and these files are only distributed for the sake of 
older boost versions.

We don't have these older boost versions any more.
