Nice to see the port being actively maintained again.

Just one question: why refer to the old version in the first line of the 
commit message (= subject of the mail)? Usually we don't do that, focusing 
on the new version - especially if there is no gap.

Ah, nice that this got picked up from my work on emulators/wine. I meant 
to propose it for this port as well and must have missed it.

(It might have been useful to mention the removal of
files/patch-dlls_ntdll_unix_signal__x86__64.c due to upstream acceptance.)
