The upstream is not providing any shared library actually. I'm providing 
one because dependencies could require one.

So, yes I'm deviating from upstream for a reason. Ports do require it to 
work properly.

The soname is the same as the static library, the "version" I'm making 
it up actually, since upstream does not even build one.

Up till now the "version" was forces at 0.0.0 for the shared library.

I'm now changing it to align with the upstream version, since this is a 
major update and I think it is anyway desirable to have an so lib bump 
in such a case.
