misc/compat4x: add dependency on compat5x
compat4x requires a bunch of libraries which have been removed in
FreeBSD 6 so present in compat5x:
- libncurses.so.5
- libmd.so.2
- libcryt.so.2
- libradius.so.1
- libssh.so.2
- libcrypto.so.3
- libtacplus.so.1
