This version doesn't stage for me. The x11 flavor is ok but the shlib 
(needed by kicad) fails with:

/wrkdirs/usr/ports/cad/ngspice_rework/work-shlib/stage/usr/local/lib/libngspice.so.0.0.11:No 
such file or directory
*** Error code 1

Looks like the shared library number needs bumping. The attached seems 
to solve this.
