    textproc/saxon-he: Resurrect bin/saxon scripts
    
    Resurrected from the now removed saxon-devel, the script allows a simple
    way to run saxon transforms and xqueries from the command line.
    
    (Without PORTREVISION; I have two tiny fixes for the script coming up.
