By serendipity I found today that multiple build runs have happend in the build cluster for amd64 latest and quarterly for 13.5 and 14.2, but that somehow the pkg repositories did not retrieve any package yet since the new quarterly branch.

I don't know if these events are related with each other. But it feels a bit odd.
