    misc/gwhich: the port had been updated to the latest version 2.23
    
    Garbage-collect GNU_CONFIGURE_MANPREFIX and no longer useful patch
    (build logs show that -MD flag is used by default), define missing
    LICENSE (GPLv3 or later).
