Have fun with it.

My reasoning was that deprecation and expiry information is embedded as annotation in generated packages so this needs to trigger a pkg change for everybody who builds packages from this port.
Of course I might be mistaken about this.

NB: the port might need a cleanup of the MASTER_SITES. I just went through the list and most of them don't respond to my fetch command.
