So 14 Aug 2025 19:26:12 UTC to finish the port-package builds, if I got that right. There is more that is done after that: there is the process of updating the distribution servers around the world. Your 14 Aug 2025 20:14:20 UTC note likely was before that finished --but was after the build had finished (by under an hour). https://pkg-status.freebsd.org/beefy16/data/135amd64-default/d7ef6e8c3ed7/logs/firefox-141.0.3,2.log shows that firefox 141,0.3,2 built successfully. So it should start being served for updates at some point, if it has not already. Part of why it took so long was that 35907 port packages were built: not a small, incremental update, but basically a full build of the ports tree this time. Updates to 135amd64 for latest can take 5 Days to 6 Days when it is a full build that needs to be distributed, as things are. But also note that the commit date was before the builder starting date as well: 2025-08-06 17:06:37 +0000 commit 09 Aug 2025 01:05:05 UTC builder start 14 Aug 2025 19:26:12 UTC builder finish, not distributed So over a week for availability overall, not just 5 to 6 days. === Mark Millard marklmi at yahoo.com
