devel/go-tools: update to 0.26.0
- drop the now removed command gorename
Selected upstream changes:
- all: fix spelling errors
- cmd/gorename: delete
- cmd/{callgraph,ssadump}, gopackages: make -tags flags work
- cmd/stringer: support types declared in test files
- go.mod: update golang.org/x dependencies
