Extract fails on aarch64 with error:
(sample)
"dynsections.js: Cannot restore extended attributes:
com.apple.quarantine com.apple.quarantine: No such file or directory"
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors.-
Fix extract with: --no-same-owner --no-same-permissions
