intel-compute-runtime for LLVM15 requires updating intel-graphics-compiler
but doing so breaks intel-compute-runtime at runtime likely because the
version is too old. However, updating intel-compute-runtime was postponed
because it requires patching out more features not supported on FreeBSD.

Note, upstream still recommends LLVM11 as production-ready.
