Hi,
The regression is here, ${ECHO_CMD} -n ${COMMENT:Q}; is not the same
as ${ECHO_CMD} "...${COMMENT:Q}.."
You can see in INDEX that there are now a lot of backslashes to escape
spaces, they weren't here before.
