We have this saving: "If the mountain wonąt go to the prophet, 
then the prophet must go to the mountain."

Instead of teaching the emacs build system a new location for include 
files, how about putting those include files where the emacs build system 
(via GCC) looks for it?

The output of `gcc11 -v -E -` should list all directories in the include 
path; hopefully one is suitable?
