I think the note may have been about the following

showing "net/iwnet: new port had been added (+)" I have
almost no idea if the port is relevant to me or not. I
have to go look at the detailed description to have any
useful clue.

But if it instead had shown something like "net/iwnet:
Asynchronous HTTP library with websockets, SSL, routing"
I know that I'm not interested and do not need to go
looking elsewhere into any more detail. More of an
up-front filter.

However, it is also true that the one line shown is never
going to provide a near perfect filter for all contexts.
Overall it is not a simple problem.
