x11/wf-shell: add @nopulse flavor (aka waybar-nopulse)
pulseaudio is a heavy dependency e.g.,
$ pkg install wayfire wf-shell wcm celluloid firefox
$ pkg install wf-shell-nopulse
$ pkg autoremove
