Hi Gleb,
I am very sorry that it no longer seems worthwhile for you to continue 
maintaining MikTeX as a port. Hopefully the port will not be lost now 
and can be picked up by the TeX team.

Which commit is 082f33b5f49ebdb7dae6396ff56f57cb81c0410f referring to ? 
I can't find anything about it in the MikTeX repo on Github ...
