powerpc64 was disconnected because WASM is currently little-endian only. Although I haven't tried yet building on powerpc64le, I expect there should be no problems whatsoever.

For the record, the issue encountered on powerpc64 was:
../../dist/host/bin/wasm2c -o rlbox.wasm.c rlbox.wasm
0000004: error: bad magic value
